Pipeline CCTV Inspection

Our modern fleet of video inspection units integrates the latest in computer technology with underground camera advancements to provide the customer with user friendly video media and reports.  We have invested in multiple platforms of Inspection Software such as POSM, Granite, and WinCAN systems. state of the art video media and reports.  These software systems are certified to the latest NASSCO PACP Standards. Our operators participate in continuous training to ensure they are certified to the standard.

Inspection is available for all sizes and types of underground pipelines. CCTV Inspections are performed using pan-and-tilt cameras powered by motorized tractors utilizing various methods of traction. These cameras conform to federal and state specifications.

EPCE has cameras capable of launching a camera from inside the pipe and up laterals.  This lateral launch technology allows access to the lateral from the connected main pipe.  The lateral launch camera pans 360 degree and tilts 90 degrees.

We work with engineers at all levels to use our inspections for condition assessment to provide an overall assessment of the sewer or storm drain system.  Ratings of each pipe segment are filtered to evaluate those conditions which need urgent attention.

Video and text data acquired during field inspections are delivered to the customer in various formats.  Customers that deliver GIS platforms with their project can be combined with the software in the Inspcetion Trucks to ensure asset date is accurate.  Deliverables for larger projects are combined on a removable hard drive and DVD media is available for smaller projects.  Printed reports will supplied upon request.
